ISIJet 3400 Large Format Printer System

Innovative Solutions' ISIJet 3400 Grand Format Printer is a solvent-based ink jet printer for outdoor banner, billboard, and sign printing applications. It is capable of printing on 2 rolls of material simultaneously.

With 72 piezoelectric inkjet print heads, the ISIJet 3400 has a top speed of 1,700 square feet (158 square meters) per hour. It accepts roll media, with a print width of up to 133.8 inches (3.40 meters). The ISIJet 3400 is ideal for billboards, large banners, fleet graphics and high volume production work.

MATERIAL HANDLING AND WORKFLOW OPTIONS: ISI provides full workflow solutions for production environments. Our systems can be outfitted to handle a wide variety of production situations with following options: Pinch Output - provides the ability to offline process partial rolls of material by allowing the printed material to be cutoff while the printer continues to print. (3400, 2870) Heavy Duty Media Supply System - provides the ability to handle supply rolls weighing up to 2000 lbs. (3400, 2870) Heavy Duty Media Takeup System - provides the ability to handle takeup rolls weighing up to 2000 lbs. (3400, 2870) Infared Dryer - designed to allow the drying of a wide variety of materials at full production speeds. (3400, 2870) Forced Air Dryer - provides the drying of a wide variety of materials at full production speeds. (1840) Media Rewinder - used in combination with the Pinch Output option, allows material to be taken up on rolls and offline processed independent of the supply roll. (3400, 2870) Wasatch SoftRIP - ISI has integrated the Wasatch Softrip into the ISIJet production systems.
