12-Printhead Design
- Twelve high-frequency printheads, each nearly one-inch-wide
provide more coverage for faster print speeds without
sacrificing print quality. Twelve printheads allows
you to configure the printer to best serve your applications
needs. From one or two sets of 4 or 6 colors, to a
single set of up to 12 colors, even two different
ink sets available to address multiple applications.
AutoInk Swapping
- DisplayMaker's twelve-printhead design allows you
to have both dye-based inks and pigmented inks loaded
simultaneously and to have the advantage of printing
using either without changing ink.
Show Your True Colors
- Only DisplayMaker has a twelve (12) color ink set
designed to accurately reproduce those difficult corporate
logo colors while delivery an apparent 1800 dpi image
resolution. The set consists of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow,
Black, Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Medium Cyan, Medium
Magenta, Light Cyan and Light Magenta. See for yourself

Modular Ink Delivery
System - A three piece ink system consisting of
a 960 ml ink reservoir, semi-permanent supply tubing
and state-of-the-art thermal inkjet printhead. Ink
reservoirs can be 'hot swapped' while printing for
maximum productivity. Printheads are replaced independently
of ink modules and typically last through multiple
liters of ink, thereby significantly reducing operating
costs.
Dual Automation
Eye - Two image sensors and sophisticated software
are used to automate the calibration tasks required
to maintain good print quality and accurate color
reprodution. With a touch of a button, all 12 printheads
are aligned with digital accuracy and over 6000 jets
are analyzed. Any jets that are out of specification
are replaced with others to eliminate printing artifacts
and extend the life of the printheads. These high
quality sensors also perform color linearization and
double as a color spectrophotometer to create you
own color profiles.
Enhanced Force Air
heated Dryers - Designed to dry prints even at
higher print speeds.
Tilt-Up Carriage
Assembly - For easy access, the carriage assembly
can be tilted up to expose the bottom sides of the
printheads and image sensors for periodic cleaning
without affecting printhead alignment and calibration.
72", 60"
(183cm, 152cm) Widths - Offers two sizes to meet
your specific needs. Industry leading 72" width
permits double-up production of E-sized (34"
x 44") or AO-sized (841mm x 1189mm) prints or
wall-size murals with minimal tiling.
